SPECIALTY CLINICS

Apart from running a regular out-patient clinic we also conduct speciality clinics on a daily basis for providing streamlined healthcare services

GLAUCOMA CLINIC

• A full-fledged glaucoma clinic functions with new age glaucoma diagnostics including perimetry- Humphrey visual fields, Optical Coherence Tomography- RNFL, OCT angiography and AS OCT
• Medical and surgical management is provided for all primary and secondary glaucomas
• Lasers are available for YAG Iridotomy, synechiolysis, and hyaloidotomy

RETINA CLINIC

• A variety of vitreoretinal disorders are managed in Retina clinic utilizing modern imaging techniques including B scan, Fundus photography, Fundus fluorescence angiogram, OCT and OCTA.
• Laser treatment- Pan retinal, Focal, Sectoral and Barrage photocoagulation are performed on a routine basis.
• Surgeries performed include Intravitreal injections / implants, Vitreous Biopsy, Vitreous Tap, Pars-plana Vitrectomy, Scleral Buckle, Dropped nucleus /IOL removal and SFIOL insertion.

CORNEA AND REFRACTIVE SURGERIES

• Cornea clinic is equipped with treating various corneal disorders such as microbial keratitis, corneal dystrophies, keratoconus and ocular surface disorders.
• Ocular trauma such as open globe injuries and closed globe injuries are provided with round-the-clock services for emergency surgery.
• With a robust eye bank, corneal transplantations are routinely performed; both penetrating and lamellar.
• Facilities for contact lens users and refractive surgeries are provided.

PEDIATRIC OPHTHALMOLOGY AND SQUINT CLINIC

• Refractive errors, squint, amblyopia and ocular diseases commonly affecting children are dealt with.
• Myopia care and control treatments, latest vision therapy for amblyopia and binocular vision abnormalities and low vision aids for visual rehabilitation are provide.
• Paediatric cataract surgery for infants and children are done routinely with imported IOLs and squint surgeries are offered for children and adults of all ages. 

UVEA CLINIC

• Diagnosis and management of Uveitis (Anterior, intermediate, posterior and panuveitis), scleritis and episcleritis is routinely done
• Patients with Rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, TB, Sarcoidosis, Behcet’s disease and other connective tissue disorders are monitored and treated for ocular inflammation.
• Cataract surgery is performed in complicated cataracts and prompt management is instituted for all cases of endophthalmitis.

ORBIT AND OCULOPLASTY CLINIC

• This clinic focuses on the evaluation and multi-disciplinary management of Orbital and adnexal disorders like Orbital infections, inflammations, Thyroid eye disease, lacrimal drainage obstructions, canalicular lacerations and orbital wall fractures.
• Surgical management for ptosis, entropion, ectropion, eyelid reconstruction and cosmetic surgeries such as Botox injections, Brow lifts, Blepharoplasty, Enucleation or Evisceration with orbital implants, and custom-made prosthesis are arranged for.

NEURO OPHTHALMOLOGY CLINIC

• The Neuro-Ophthalmology clinic works in close collaboration with Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery. 
• All modern-day investigations including visual fields, OCT RNFL, GCL-IPL, VEP and MRI are available.
• Optic Nerve Sheath Fenestration is performed for fulminant cases of IIH with vision loss and further shunts performed by Neurosurgery team.
